Home made recipes in casa Viņa y Rosales are a nice mixture of professional, home and garden cooking. Prepared with herbs and vegetables grown in our garden, cooking becomes a way of gardening in the kitchen. We, Raúl and Maryet invite you at our dinner table to enjoy some wholesome dishes, served with a variety of local wine.

Inspired by recipes found in cookbooks and abundant vegetables Sand herbs in our kitchen garden, the meals are always an explosion of personal creative effort. European and Mediterranean (Alpujarras in Andalusia) cooking is of important influence in all recipes; so is the Chinese and Indian cuisine.
