The following are the stated agreements
for staying at Viña y Rosales. After reading and agreeing
to these terms you are welcome to fill in the form correctly before
sending it to us.
In our reply we state the booking
costs and reserve your room (or apartment) for two weeks. The amount of 50% of
the reservation will be payed to us within this period. After
having received your advanced payment we will confirm your booking
as definite. In the event that we are not able to confirm your
reservation you will get immediate reply on alternative bookings.
The remaining booking costs will be payed on your arrival at Viña
y Rosales. The final payments will be done one day before your
departure.
We advice you to make sure you
are insured against postponement of travelling. Would you by any
means be in the disposition of not being able to travel than we
will restitute half the booking payment you have made, when longer
than four weeks before your date of arrival at Viña y Rosales.
At less than four weeks we will not compensate your reservation
payment.
At payment of your reservation
you accept the agreement of booking at Viña y Rosales.
